My theatrical addiction is the striving for ephemeral perfection with storytelling. It doesn't happen every time but the goal is the same. When it all comes together, it's magic. A high and a drug. And every time, knowing that all participating have their eye on the same prize is what keeps it creative and exciting, even when it's hard and it hurts and it forces one to face one's own insecurities and shortcomings. Somewhere within this religion I've had the blessing of working closely with like minded artists and can call many of them my dear family and friends. We're all mad here...
